These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SocialPost Academy website and mobile application operated by SocialPost Digital Media. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1 Acceptance of Terms
  • By registering, browsing, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to these Terms.
  • If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
2 Description of Services
  • SocialPost Academy is an educational platform that connects students with universities, courses, and certified admission agents across India.
  • Our services include university discovery, application assistance, agent partnerships, and course information.
  • We act as an intermediary and do not guarantee admission to any university or institution listed on our platform.
  • Course content and university listings are subject to change without prior notice.
3 User Accounts
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
  • One person may not maintain more than one active account without prior written permission.
4 Student Responsibilities
  • Students must submit truthful and accurate academic documents for application processing.
  • Submission of forged or misleading documents will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.
  • Students are responsible for meeting university eligibility criteria, deadlines, and fee payments directly with institutions.
  • SocialPost Academy is not liable for rejection of applications by universities.
5 Career Guidance Ambassador Responsibilities
  • Career Guidance Ambassadors must operate ethically and in the best interests of students.
  • Career Guidance Ambassadors must not charge students any fees beyond what is disclosed and approved on the platform.
  • Career Guidance Ambassadors are prohibited from providing false information to students or universities.
  • Violation of ambassador conduct policies may result in immediate removal from the platform.
  • Career Guidance Ambassadors are independent contractors and not employees of SocialPost Academy.
6 Prohibited Activities
  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to disrupt the platform.
  • Scraping, data mining, or extracting content from the platform without written consent.
  • Impersonating another person, agent, or university representative.
  • Posting false reviews, ratings, or misleading information.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or platform systems.
7 Intellectual Property
  • All content on the SocialPost Academy platform — including text, logos, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of SocialPost Digital Media.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
  • User-submitted content (such as reviews or documents) remains the property of the user, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for platform operations.
8 Payments & Refunds
  • Any fees charged through our platform will be clearly disclosed before payment.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the specific service purchased and will be governed by the refund policy applicable at the time of purchase.
  • SocialPost Academy is not responsible for payments made directly to universities or agents outside the platform.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties
  • The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
  • University information, rankings, and fee details are provided for reference only and may not reflect the most current data.
10 Limitation of Liability
  • SocialPost Digital Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by universities, agents, or third parties listed on our platform.
11 Governing Law
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
12 Termination
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.
  • Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.
